For K20C engines, commonly found on 2017+ Civic Type R, 2016+ Civic (with 2.0 engines), and 2018+ Accord (with 2.0T engines)

You spent thousands of dollars on the engine...why dumps it on a cheap moving dolly?!  While you're building the engine, installs it on the PLM engine stand, which makes it easy to install or remove of parts while you build your engine, and for easy storage, cleaning, swaps, or transport.  Designed with clearance so you can install flywheel, clutch, and transmission!
