Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@privatelabelmfg.com. Please note that returns without prior approval with a RMA# will be rejected.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label at our discretion, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We strongly suggest you to get the shipping protection from Route during the order checkout process.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like all electrical products, software, tuners, fuel system, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and other made to order items.  We also do not accept returns for used items, products returned with missing parts, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final-sale items, open box items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@privatelabelmfg.com.

Restocking Fee

All returns or exchanges are subject to 20% restocking fee.

Refund Policy

In the case of returning or exchanging the product, you must email us first to obtain a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number.  Customer will be responsible for paying all shipping & associated costs for sending the product back to us. The shipping charges/costs that we initially charge is not refundable. If you receive free shipping for the order and return the product, the initial shipping cost we paid to ship the products to you is not refundable. All returns is subject to a 20% restocking fee and the returned product must be in unused, original condition. We will not take any returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of sale. Used products or products returned with missing parts are not returnable & not refundable. We reserve the right to reject any return or exchanges. Once we receive the products back, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be sent back to the same form of the payment used.
