If you have any aftermarket downpipe and/or front pipe, this rear engine mount is a must-have to prevent excessive engine movement.
This direct bolt-on mount replaces the rear engine mount (torque damper), significantly improving the vehicle’s traction and shifting response by reducing excessive engine flex. Wheel-hop during hard launches is also completely eliminated thanks to this rear mount.

Part was very good, too good for road use. Makes car too loud and plenty of vibration, but does it plant the tire on the road. Recommend for track use only.
I didn’t know what to expect from this mount since there’s not any kind of reviews online so I decided to pull the trigger, so here are my key points.
-I would say quality is okay, nothing out of the ordinary that I would say above and beyond, there’s not even branding on the mount like other companies that engrave it on, then I wasn’t sure if it had a certain direction it had to go when installing it so it’s extremely basic aftermarket part.
-Installation was fairly easy and basic, even someone with little knowledge about automotive can do, all you need is basic set of sockets, floor jack and jack stands, took me about 45 minutes do it and this was me taking my time to do so.
-First thoughts after installation was very obvious and different, you can feel A LOT of vibration coming from the engine, you can feel it a lot more once you get it rolling in first gear, I would say this mount is very aggressive for daily, I been driving my car a couple of days now and it seems to be either settling or I’m just getting used to it but I would say this mount is not good for daily, im going to drive around a little longer to see if it makes a difference once it’s been used and put some miles on it, but as in right now I’m thinking about going back to stock.
-Final thought, I wouldn’t buy this if you want a smooth ride, like I said quality is okay nothing “wow” about it, installation fairly easy but I’m pretty sure other options out there will be the same, but for $80 it was worth a shot.
Have to say, I’m really glad I came across PLM website to find quality parts with affordable pricing. Purchased this rear engine mount and it does its job as advertised. Very easy to install and immediate difference in rigidity. Not for the casual upgrader. This will add some vibration and minimal noise once installed. But the result is worth the price and effort to install. If you’re interested in getting a quality part for about half of the other competitors, do yourself a favor and purchase this mount. Looks to good to be hidden undercarriage.
